Don't be put off by credit problems

Just now and for the foseeable future. adverse credit mortgages are difficult to place when there is not much equity in your property.  However, things do depend on the extent of your problems and it could be that something can be done to help.

Some lenders work on a "credit repair" basis, meaning that as your mortgage is repaid over a period of time, the interest rate charged reduces because you have conducted your repayments in a satisfactory manner.  However, lenders work with different criteria and it is difficult for the individual to identify which lender might fit the bill, so it is therefore vital to take professional advice from a qualified mortgage adviser.

Outside of these lenders, there are quite a number of providers who will lend based on the severity of your adverse credit, meaning that the interest rate charged is likely to be higher if you have had, or have, a lot of bad debt.  However, if your mortgage account is conducted in a satisfactory manner you should expect to see a reduction in the rate charged after a few years.

At Positive Home Loans we have had years of experiencve in successfully obtaining mortgages for clients with adverse credit rating.

So our advice to you is don't be put off by the extent of your credit problems.  Contact Positive Home Loans and let us help you try and put things right.  Ring us now or use the quick enquiry form below.
