Secured Loans

A secured loan is really like having a second mortgage and they are often used when it is not possible for you to raise money from your existing lender because you have borrowed up to the limits they allow or you may have a bad credit rating with them. You may also be tied to that lender and a remortgage would incur redemption penalties, sometimes running into thousands of pounds.
